Do you host my WordPress site?
No. WordPress hosting stays with you (Kinsta, WP Engine, Cloudways, your own VPS, whatever you prefer). PropForge runs on its own infrastructure for the trader app side. Your marketing site is yours to host, edit, migrate, and own forever.
Do I have to use a specific theme?
No. Use any WordPress theme, premium or free. Astra, GeneratePress, custom, page builders like Elementor, Bricks, Divi, all work. PropForge integrates at the data layer, not the design layer.
Can I build the WordPress site myself or with my own agency?
Yes, that's the default expectation. You build the marketing site how you want, with whoever you want. PropForge can help end-to-end if you don't have a team yet, but most clients already have a designer/developer and just need PropForge to slot in. We're flexible either way.
Which payment processors do you support?
Any payment processor that has a WooCommerce extension, which is essentially all major processors globally. Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, Confirmo, Coinbase Commerce, regional players, B2B invoice payments, and more. New processors get added all the time, you can switch or add new ones any week.
How does the integration actually work technically?
A lightweight WordPress plugin (PropForge Connect) handles the sync between your marketing site and the PropForge engine. When a trader signs up or buys a challenge on your WordPress site, the plugin pushes that event to PropForge over a REST API. PropForge handles KYC, account creation, credentials. Updates flow back, status changes, payouts, etc.
If I leave PropForge, what happens to my site?
Nothing. Your WordPress site is yours, hosted on your hosting, with your domain, your content, your SEO authority, your traffic. You'd just deactivate the PropForge Connect plugin and replace the trader app side with whatever you migrate to. The marketing layer is fully decoupled from the engine, by design.
