Your traders never see your tech stack. They see your brand.
Trader portal, dashboard, leaderboard, payout flow, every pixel branded as your firm. Not a vendor logo, not a generic template. The trader experience that makes your firm theirs.
Customers see your URL. Your logo. Your colors.
No PropForge branding anywhere. Your trader portal lives at your domain, with your design system baked in from logo to button hover.
The white-label trap.
Pull up three random prop firms running on the same vendor template. Same fonts, same colors, same generic icons, same layout pixel for pixel. Their traders know they're not on a real product, they're on template #47.
No visual differentiation
Same vendor template, same fonts, same color palette, same icon set. Trader portals feel like they came from a stock library because they did. Your firm is interchangeable with 50 others.
Vendor logo on your portal
"Powered by..." footers, vendor-branded loading screens, support emails from a vendor domain. Your traders see who's really running your firm, and start trusting them, not you.
Locked into vendor's design
Want to use your brand fonts? Your color system? Your custom illustrations? Your specific imagery? You can't, you're stuck with whatever the vendor's designers shipped 3 years ago.
What your traders see when they log in. Every day.
Clean, fast, mobile-first. The kind of trader portal your customers screenshot and post on Twitter, for the right reasons.
Same engine. Three completely different brands.
Three real PropForge clients running the same underlying platform. Their traders see three completely different products. That's the difference between white-label and operator-built.
Everything your trader needs. Already built.
No "we'll add that next quarter" excuses. The features your competitors charge extra for, or skip entirely.
Multi-account management
Trader has 5 funded accounts? They see all of them in one view. Switch between accounts in one click. Aggregated P/L, positions, payouts across all of them.
Self-service payout requests
Trader requests withdrawal from their dashboard. Sees status live (Requested → Validated → Processing → Paid). Downloads payout certificate automatically. Zero support tickets.
Trade performance analytics
Win rate, average R, profit factor, drawdown distribution, time-of-day heatmap. The metrics serious traders look for, and the reason they'll stay funded with you.
Public leaderboard
Optional public leaderboard with monthly top traders. Use it for marketing, prize competitions, or just bragging rights. Configurable visibility per phase or account type.
Achievement badges
Configurable badges traders unlock as they progress: First Funded, $10K Profit, 30-Day Streak, etc. Light gamification that drives engagement without infantilizing serious traders.
Mobile-first portal
90%+ of trader portal traffic is mobile. Yours is built for that from day one, not a desktop dashboard squeezed into a phone. Account checks, payout requests, certificate downloads all work natively on mobile.
Same trader. Two very different portals.
What it actually feels like to log in to your prop firm, on the typical white-label vendor stack vs. on a portal you control.
Your customers don't review your tech. They review their experience.
A polished trader portal is the difference between "5-star, would recommend" and "another generic prop firm". Examples of what traders actually post.
The dashboard actually shows me what I need. P/L, drawdown, payout availability, all in one view. Most prop firms feel like a 2017 trading platform, this feels like a 2026 product.
Requested a payout, saw it auto-validated, status updated live. Got paid before the email even hit my inbox. This is how it should work everywhere.
I trade from my phone 90% of the time. Most prop firm portals are unusable on mobile. This one feels like it was actually designed for it. Day-one keeper.
Trader retention is a portal problem before it's a payout problem. A polished experience is what makes funded traders stay funded, and tell their friends.
Trader experience FAQ
The questions every founder asks before committing to a trader portal.
How customizable is the trader portal really?
Fully. Logo, brand colors, fonts, layout density, terminology, navigation structure, page titles, email templates, certificate designs, payout flow copy. If you can describe it, we can build it. Some clients run it as-is with their branding swapped; others have entirely custom layouts.
What domain does the trader portal run on?
Yours. Most clients run it as app.yourfirm.com or portal.yourfirm.com. Custom SSL certificates, your domain registrar, your DNS. PropForge branding appears nowhere, not in the URL, not in the footer, not in the source code visible to your traders.
Is there a mobile app?
The trader portal is fully mobile-responsive, built mobile-first since 90%+ of trader traffic comes from mobile. It works in any browser, can be installed as a PWA on iOS/Android, and matches a native app experience for everything traders do daily (check P/L, request payouts, download certificates).
Can I add features the platform doesn't currently have?
Yes. We're operators ourselves, when we ship a feature for our own firm, our other clients get it too. And when a client requests something specific (custom challenge type UI, regional payout method, specific badge logic), we build it. No "next quarter roadmap" excuses.
Does the portal integrate with my existing trading platforms?
Yes. The portal pulls trade data, positions, equity, and balance directly from MT4, MT5, cTrader, TradeLocker, Match-Trader, DXTrade. Whatever broker stack you run, the portal shows the right data live. Multi-platform traders see all their accounts in one view.
How long does it take to launch a custom-branded portal?
Standard onboarding is 2-3 weeks from contract to live portal. We collect your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts, copy preferences), apply them to the platform, do a round of feedback, and ship. Heavy custom builds with unique flows take longer, quoted upfront.
